High blood pressure is a top risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Monitoring it is important, but many people in our community lack access to the resources they need to track blood pressure at home. Relias was happy to provide funding to the Triangle American Heart Association to provide the Samaritan Health Center in Durham with blood pressure loaner kits for their patients. These kits include a blood pressure cuff and educational materials to help patients learn how to measure and track blood pressure. We’re grateful that more members of the Triangle community now have access to the tools they need for better health! ❤️#CommunityImpact #ReliasGivesBack
