Morris was a huge help today when I came by to purchase a kayak. We ended up getting 2 kayaks thanks to everyone for helping us. Morris, though, was working hard and helped when we needed assistance in purchasing and loading them. But he went above and beyond when the kayak had a wasp nest and he removed the nests for us before we loaded up. I’m so thankful for his patience. May we all work as hard as Morris. He was helping other customers and multi-tasking by picking up loose trash in the meantime!! A truly hard working employee.

I have to give this Walmart a 10 because of a Top of the Line Employee named "Kim" at check out. She was so helpful and went about and beyond to help me, a Senior citizen. Prices are good and the store is clean.

These guys have a great customer service team. The guy who served me was a really patient and knowledgeable guy who went out of his way to find a old receipt for me that I had lost. Great team. Highly recommend this place for all your shopping.

Comparing this store location with the others in and around Charleston , it’s the best one by far . Always clean , they don’t have police all over the store profiling you as you walk around . You really need to decide for yourself.

Helpful, respectful staff. I have a broken foot at the moment so mobility is difficult. One of the art attendants saw this and get he'd a motorized shopping cart. Nice!. BTW there should be a license for those little buggies. Fun and crazy.Store clean organized and welcoming. Check out was easy and clerk very nice. Good parking. Covid 19 rules in place.

I frequent this Walmart in north Mount Pleasant at least 2 to 3 times a week. There are so many great people that work at this store, but I wanted to recognize one of the associates that is always there and she never stops working. Miss Virgie stocks wherever is needed in the store. I see her literally all over the store and whatever area she is in, it is stocked. On my last visit, she was there late in the day and she started at 5 am that day. That day was at least 16 hours and she was still in a great mood and moving as fast as she could go. She is a pleasure every time I see her and I always look forward to seeing her. I know the store is short handed, but you never hear her complain. What an awesome person she is and an unbelievable ambassador for Walmart!!

Who knew Chip would give a Wal-Mart a five-star review? Well, it happened because this one had its act together at the self-checkout the staff was super aware and friendly and took care of business...I didn't catch the name of the staff member who cleared our AI-inspired FUP at the self-register, mainly because she was so efficient and solved the problem and moved on to help another customer. But I would recommend this store on that action of service alone! Thanks unidentified Wal-Mart Employee!

Team Leader Latoya was busy with her crew stocking the shelves. I’ve never seen so many boxes of goods out! But Latoya had time to answer my questions, direct me to items I couldn’t locate and to go to a front register to relay a price to a cashier. I felt badly interrupting but she never hesitated and never showed my interruptions were unimportant. We laughed and I was very grateful. Her whole daytime crew of stockers were hard working (loads of stuff!) AND still customer service aware. Great leadership, Latoya. People make a successful retail business. Thank you.
